This website is operated by AriEllė. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AriEllė. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

  • We may cancel or limit orders placed under the same account, billing address, or payment card.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
  • Returns and exchanges follow our Return Policy (linked separately).

  • We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” with no warranties.
  • Links to third-party sites are not controlled by us; we are not responsible for their content, products, or services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
